International Customs Day: East Java II Customs Regional Office Honors Stakeholders

As a token of appreciation for their contributions throughout 2025, the East Java II Customs Regional Office presented awards to service users, government agencies, and media partners who have served as strategic partners in supporting smooth services, supervision, and information dissemination to the public.

The awards ceremony was held in conjunction with a “Coffee Morning” event to commemorate International Customs Day on Monday (January 26).

Beyond the awards presentation, this gathering served as a platform to strengthen relationships and facilitate communication and synergy between the East Java II Regional Office of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) and its service users. The session focused on discussing various ongoing challenges and current policies.

This event stands as a clear testament to the East Java II Customs Regional Office’s commitment to supporting business players while ensuring that implemented policies run effectively. The goal is to provide optimal benefits for all parties and foster a competitive national economic ecosystem.

The presentation of these awards is expected to encourage further initiatives and contributions toward state revenue and compliance in the customs and excise sectors. Furthermore, it strengthens the collaboration between the government and service users to realize efficient and conducive customs processes as a reflection of mutual success.
