Annual Meeting 2023

On Wednesday, December 27 2023, PT Blue Ocean Foods Indonesia (BOFI) participated in the Annual Meeting held by the Anugerah Mulia Sejahtera Group, which is a holding company that oversees several companies. This Annual Meeting was held at the Finna Golf & Country Club in Pandaan, East Java with the tagline “Towards Exports 2024”. The event begins with registration, here the participants fill out the form listed on the barcode at the entrance with their name, company, position, vote for the best company and employee, as well as hopes for the AMS Group. Next is remarks by the directors and board of directors led by the moderator.

The Annual Meeting is an event for each AMS Group subsidiary to explain obstacles, solutions, achievements and targets for the following year, so that new policies can be produced which are analysed by the directors and board of directors. PT BOFI itself is a new company developed by the AMS Group which focuses on integrated foods services which produces precooked tuna loin, tuna canning, sardine canning, vegetable canning, corned canning, sausage canning, fish meal and fish oil. Apart from that, PT BOFI also provides canned maklon, air blast freezer and cold storage services. PT BOFI has the main target to obtain Ease of Import for Export Purposes (KITE) facilities. We guarantee that the products produced are safe by ensuring that in terms of employees, facilities and the environment they are protected from harm things, then quality is guaranteed by always adhering to superior performance with the best quality for all products and services, then the value we provide the best products at competitive prices and ensuring every customer receives value of money, and also from service by maintaining good relationships with customers by prioritizing sincerity and excellent service.

Everyone present at the 2023 Annual Meeting wore an office look and batik dress code. At this moment the directors gave awards to the best companies and employees who had good performance. The event closed with group photos and lunch in Lotus Restaurant. The hope is that PT BOFI can develop better and move towards international market exports.
